Smokey Phantom Quartz

These specimens are a light smokey quartz with obvious phantoms. Many of the smaller crystals on the sides also have noticeable phantoms. Phantoms are formed when the mineral composition changes as the crystals are formed, leaving what appears to be a crystal in a crystal. The specimens are randomly selected. Due to the nature of rocks, all pieces vary.
